About Edgcott Parish Council

Edgcott Parish Council is a local authority and has to work in accordance with legislation passed by Parliament. Edgcott is situated in the Vale of Aylesbury, one of three administrative districts in Buckinghamshire.

The decisions of the Parish Council are made by elected councillors who either live or work or have business interests in the Parish. Edgcott Parish Council has five councillors and they are elected for a four-year term of office. None represents a political party, as is usual in parish councils. The following councillors were elected on 6 May 2021: Peter Harper, Robert Webster, Stephanie Gassor, Bob Kay, Angela Hawes. Councillors' Register of Interesters can be found HERE
